This site was constructed with MS FrontPage and will look best viewed using Internet Explorer with a screen resolution of 1024x768.

If you are using Internet Explorer and wish to alter the font size to make it easier to read then you can hold down the CTRL key and turn the wheel on your mouse or select View/Text Size and  select a larger (or smaller) font size.

Please be aware that changing the size of the text may alter the layout, especially if it has any graphics.
