All things Cornish
net ring help page

Web rings are a great way of using the World Wide Web
linking together sites which have a common theme

This ring links together sites which contain pages relating to Cornwall in some way. If your site contains such content you can join the ring and if you know of other such sites you might like to recommend to them that they may wish to join the 'All things Cornish' Ring. When you join your site will be added to the queue until the ringmaster checks that your content is suitable and that you have included the HTML code for the 'All things Cornish' webring banner in your ring page. If all is in order you will be added to the ring.  Please ensure that the page containing the banner is obvious and easily accessible, preferably the main page, links page or rings page.

Sites with content of a dubious nature or purely commercial will be rejected.

What you need to do.

Complete the left hand side of the form below and submit it.  On submission you will find that the necessary HTML coding is available for you to copy and paste into your site.  On joining the queue you must set up a page containing the 'All things Cornish' net ring banner shown below. You will receive an e-mail confirming your addition to the queue, your site ID, your password and the html code segment that should be pasted into your net ring page.

You will need to put the html code into the right hand cell of the table and the graphic (cbadge4.gif) in the left cell.  To copy the badge simply right-click on it and select 'Save picture as' from the pop-up menu.  It is strongly recommended, though not compulsory, that the graphic is stored in a folder called images.

If you have difficulty doing this, contact me and I will help you set it up.

When the 'All things Cornish' net ring banner page is uploaded

When you have a page containing the banner and uploaded it let me know by e-mail Your site will be checked and if all is well you will be added to the ring. When you join the queue and again when you are added to the ring you will receive an automated e-mail confirming your details and status.
