Have just returned from UK. Did not make Cornwall (school holidays etc.). Have 4 grandparents of Cornish descent & worked on family history for 20 years or so. Good site - I'll look in often.

I am going to Cornwall tonight, we will be there in the morning. I have been there once before during the winter, and I'm trying to collect as much information about the county as possible.

I'm having a little trouble getting into your site. I can get to your homepage, but then it's as if my computer freezes up and I can't access any of the categories (recipes, jokes, map, etc.) I'll keep trying. Perhaps you have a suggestion?

David Trounce at 21:22:22 Monday August 17 98
Great work

Linda Valdez in Michigan, USA at 18:26:49 Monday August 17 98
Cornish list suggested downloading your map, but when I go to map page, it is blank. Is this a US problem?

Frank Richards in Lansing, Michigan, USA at 17:13:30 Monday August 17 98
Checked in to see the map and thought I would leave my address. My Richards seem to have come from the Germoe area. Any connection there? Frank.

Adriano in Trieste, Italy at 17:6:53 Monday August 17 98
I have just come back from my vacation in Mousehole, we had a smashing holiday, it never rained, we surfed on the gentle waves, got an incredible suntan, took pictures of the houses and especially the Mousehole Cat cottage! It's a beautiful place and I feel fully satisfied. In the cottage we rented I also found a thriller by Patricia Cornwell, "The Body Farm" which I never read before... and after reading it I realized that all her books in the UK are published in Falmouth, Cornwall! What a strange coincidence! We visited St. Michael's Mount, Land's End (a bit commercialized for my liking), the Minack Theatre, Penzance, St. Ives etc... I will place some pictures on the web asap, so pls. check my home page soon: www.ictp.trieste.it/~lucatell
